I explore how creative experiences can support learning, emotional well-being, human connection, and healthier communities.
Through education, arts-in-health practice, program development, and public speaking, I help people understand that art is more than a product. It is a meaningful human process with the power to engage the mind, regulate emotion, encourage reflection, and create connection.
Designing creative experiences that promote emotional well-being, connection, and engagement in healthcare and community settings.
Helping educators and organizations use creativity to enhance learning, attention, and meaningful participation through evidence-informed practice.
Building programs, workshops, and presentations that bring together art, education, research, and community impact.
My work has developed at the intersection of visual art, education, leadership, and health.
I am a practicing artist, certified K–12 art educator, graduate student in Arts in Medicine, and former founder and executive director of a bilingual Christian school. My professional journey has taken me from restoring eighteenth-century marble sculpture at the State Hermitage Museum to leading classrooms, developing community art experiences, facilitating creative programs, and exploring the role of the arts in healthcare and human well-being.
Today, I bring these experiences together to design creative opportunities that are thoughtful, evidence-informed, participant-centered, and grounded in the belief that every person has an innate capacity to create.

I believe creativity is more than self-expression— it is part of what helps us connect, reflect, and heal. Through my work in arts in health, I design creative experiences that encourage emotional well-being, meaningful engagement, and human connection. Whether working with students, patients, caregivers, or community members, my goal is to create spaces where people feel safe to explore, create, and simply be present.

The world our children are entering will be shaped by artificial intelligence, automation, and rapid change. More than ever, we need to nurture the skills that make us uniquely human — curiosity, creativity, empathy, and critical thinking. My work helps educators move beyond teaching art as a subject and embrace creativity as an essential part of preparing the next generation.

I'm fascinated by what happens when we create. Research continues to reveal the powerful relationship between creativity, attention, emotional regulation, learning, and resilience. I enjoy translating that research into practical experiences that educators, organizations, and communities can immediately apply in their own work.

I design creative experiences that inspire learning, connection, and well-being. My work spans classrooms, healthcare settings, live painting events, and community programs — including my graduate practicum with the Watson Clinic Foundation Arts in Medicine program. Every project begins with the same question: How can creativity help people connect, grow, and thrive? That question continues to guide my work today.

Some of my favorite moments happen when ideas spark new conversations. I enjoy speaking with educators, healthcare professionals, nonprofit leaders, and organizations about creativity, learning, leadership, and the future of education. My presentations combine research, practical experience, storytelling, and interactive creative experiences that invite audiences to think differently about the role of creativity in everyday life.

From restoring sculptures at the Hermitage Museum to founding a school, teaching in American classrooms, facilitating arts in healthcare, and researching creativity through the University of Florida, my work bridges art, education, leadership, and human well-being. As technology continues to transform our world, I believe our most valuable human qualities will be creativity, empathy, imagination, and connection. My work is dedicated to ensuring the arts remain at the center of education, healthcare, and the future of society.
